Workshop Equipment & Systems
Industrial-grade tooling, autonomous pneumatic generation, regulated electrical distribution, and certified lifting equipment configured inside custom high-cube service vehicles.
Our vehicles are mobile workshops, not utility vans. Every system is mounted to crash-tested aluminium racking, fed by centralized air reels, and connected to stabilized auxiliary generators.
Engineering Principles of Our Mobile Fitouts
The core challenge of mobile mechanical service is packing the functional capability of a 300m² fixed garage into a 14m³ enclosed vehicle interior, without exceeding gross vehicle weight ratings or compromising technician safety. Our systems prioritize modularity, ergonomic tool access, weight distribution, and rugged industrial reliability.
Every tool, compressor, crimper, and diagnostic terminal on board has a dedicated locking position, integrated vibration damping, and hardwired power connectivity. This prevents time wasted searching through unsecured bins and protects expensive diagnostic instruments during rough road transits.
Core Subsystem Categories
Our mobile workshop conversions are built around six technical subsystems:
- Power Generation & Distribution: PTO-driven (Power Take-Off) or dedicated diesel generator units delivering 230V and 400V 3-phase pure sine-wave electricity, complemented by lithium auxiliary battery banks for silent diagnostic testing.
- Pneumatic Supply: High-performance rotary screw air compressors rated up to 11 bar, equipped with refrigerated dryers and automatic oilers connected to 20m high-tensile retractable hose reels.
- Heavy Hydraulic Tooling: 2-speed electro-hydraulic hand pumps, 30-ton hollow ram cylinders for kingpin removal, and workshop hydraulic swaging presses for field hose fabrication.
- Electronic Diagnostics: Ruggedized military-grade tablets loaded with multi-brand heavy commercial ECU software covering European truck, trailer, bus, and industrial plant protocols.
- Fluid Evacuation & Replenishment: Pneumatic double-diaphragm pumps coupled to sealed waste oil storage tanks and metered dispensing guns for fresh lubricants.
- Structural Storage & Workspace: Crash-tested laser-cut aluminium cabinetry, stainless steel workbenches equipped with 150mm heavy vices, and integrated parts bin organization.

Safety & Environmental Hardware
Operating outside a workshop pit demands thorough hazard control. Every mobile unit carries emergency hardware including: 100-litre chemical spill response kits, hydrocarbon-absorbing ground tarps, dry chemical and CO₂ fire extinguishers, eye-wash stations, and extendable LED perimeter lighting towers providing day-grade illumination across a 15-meter work radius.
Maintenance & Calibration of Workshop Rigs
Tool precision directly governs vehicle safety. We execute strict calibration schedules for our onboard equipment:
- Torque Verification: Fastener torque wrenches are calibrated biannually to ISO 6789 tolerances.
- Air Vessel Inspections: Compressed air tanks receive annual ultrasonic wall-thickness tests and pressure safety valve certifications.
- Lifting Gear Testing: Hydraulic jacks, axle stands, and lifting slings undergo statutory LOLER/UVV testing every 12 months.
Operational Limitations of Mobile Hardware
While our mobile workshops handle complex mechanical assemblies, certain tasks are physically constrained by field conditions. For instance, ground-based air-hydraulic jacks require concrete or packed tarmac and cannot safely lift on soft mud or gravel without load-spreading steel plates. In addition, large industrial lathes and full wheel alignment rigs cannot be reliably operated inside a mobile vehicle chassis due to calibration instability.
Equipment Consultation & Custom Deployment
Depending on the nature of a client's fleet—whether predominantly refrigerated transport units requiring specialist refrigeration manifold tooling or construction tracked excavators requiring high-tonnage hydraulic cylinders—we tailor our vehicle loadouts prior to dispatch to match the exact machinery envelope.
